What Market Topo is

Market Topo publishes short educational videos and pages that describe how the US stock market moved on past trading days. By using this website or watching our videos you agree to these terms.

Not investment advice

Everything we publish describes past market data. None of it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a prediction. Make your own decisions, with professional advice where appropriate.

Data and accuracy

Our videos are built from public sources, including exchange trade records, company filings with the SEC, public economic data and public news summaries. We check every figure we state against that data, but the data can contain errors, prices may differ slightly from official closing prices, and we provide everything as is, without warranty of any kind.

Narration

Episodes are narrated with an AI-generated voice reading scripts written from the day's data. The voice is not a person and does not give advice.

Videos on other platforms

When you watch our videos on YouTube or other platforms, those platforms' own terms also apply, including the YouTube Terms of Service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Market Topo is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, anything we publish.
