This website
This website has no accounts, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web server, ours receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page; we use them only to deliver the page and keep the site secure, and we do not sell or share them.
Early-access list
If you join the early-access list, we store your email address and the date you signed up, on our own server. We use it only to tell you when access to the Market Topo software opens and to send occasional updates about Market Topo. We never sell or share it. Every email we send will include a way to stop receiving them, and we delete your address on request to hello@markettopo.com.
Our use of YouTube API Services
Market Topo includes a small application that uses YouTube API Services for one purpose: uploading Market Topo's own videos to the Market Topo YouTube channel, which we own and operate.
- It requests only permission to upload videos (the
youtube.uploadscope) and only for our own channel. - It does not access, collect, store or share information about any other YouTube user or channel.
- The authorization token it uses is stored on our own server and used only to upload our videos.
Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to the application can be revoked at any time from Google's security settings.
Data retention and deletion. The only data the application stores from Google is the OAuth authorization token for the Market Topo channel, kept on our own server and used only to upload our videos. We store no other YouTube or Google user data. When access is revoked in Google's security settings, or on request to hello@markettopo.com, we delete the token and any associated data.
Limited Use. Market Topo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
